Cambridge IGCSE syllabuses are created especially for international students and are suitable for different countries, different types of schools and for learners with a wide range of abilities.
This coursebook covers the whole Cambridge IGCSE First Language English syllabus and contains enough material for a five-term programme of study. Each of the 14 units has a rich variety of activities and tasks sufficient to last for several weeks of classroom lessons plus homework. Teachers may wish to be selective in the setting of tasks in order to target the needs of particular classes of students, but all of the units are relevant to the key objectives of the syllabus, whichever component options have been selected.
